Chikavaa is a clothing brand specializing in authentic Lucknowi Chikankari apparel. The website is owned and operated by S. S. Enterprises, registered in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order on our website. By using this site, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

3. Products & Orders

All products listed on our website are subject to availability.
Images shown are for reference; actual products may slightly vary due to fabric and handwork variations.
Your order is confirmed only after we send you an order confirmation email.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes (as mentioned on product pages).
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
Payments can be made securely through Payment Gateway using credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets.
In case of payment failure, your order will not be processed.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 2-4 business days.
Delivery timelines vary based on location (generally 5-10 business days within India).
Tracking details will be shared via email/SMS once dispatched.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags.
Customized or discounted items are not eligible for return/refund.
Refunds, once approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they are not dispatched.
